🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of botanical wellness products and sanitation standards, we accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, please contact us immediately with your Order Code and a photo of the package. We will promptly issue a replacement or store credit.
