Krave 100x vs 200x vs 300x, Explained
Krave's Kava and Kava + Kratom shots are labeled with strength multipliers (100x, 200x, 300x) that refer to the concentration of the extract used relative to a standard root dose — not a literal 100x, 200x, or 300x increase in effect. Higher multipliers use a more concentrated extraction process, which generally means a smaller volume delivers a comparable or stronger effect than a lower-concentration extract.
How to choose
If you're new to kava shots, starting with the lower multiplier gives you more room to gauge how it sits with you before stepping up. Regular kava drinkers who already know their tolerance often prefer the higher multiplier shots for convenience — less liquid, same effect.
What's actually in the bottle
All Krave shots on our menu are lab-verified for kavalactone content so the label matches what's actually in the bottle, regardless of which multiplier you choose.
